 Terms and Conditions:

  • Establish an account using your e-mail address (the e-mail address we have on file)

  • Payment will be by credit card through Pay Pal

  • Registration is only completed once payment is received

  • We do not take registrations at the door

  • If you are unable to attend, you can send someone else in your place – this person will need to advise the staff member taking attendance the evening of the workshop and give your name

  • There will be no refunds or credits if you cannot attend a workshop

  • Those currently with workshop credits will need to use these by December 31st, 2014. Please contact Tunde Getaneh regarding any current credits.

  • There will be no waitlists for workshops.  Once the maximum capacity is reached, the registration for that workshop is closed

  • We are unable to accommodate children during workshops. Please make alternative arrangements.

  • Certificates are given out at the end of the workshop as we collect the Workshop Evaluation form. Participants collect only their own certificate.  Certificates are not transferable.

  • Workshops start at 6:30 p.m.  Latecomers can enter through the front office door.

  • Participants are expected to attend the entire workshop in order to receive a certificate for the total time.  If late or leaving early, the hours may be adjusted accordingly.

  • Participants enter their name on the certificate to ensure credit received by the ECE Registry

  • We cannot guarantee that our workshops meet the requirements of the BC ECE Registry.  It is the responsibility of individuals to ensure they have sufficient and acceptable professional development hours for ECE renewal.
