introduces guest speaker Carolyn Main. Carolyn is an experienced grief group facilitator and is passionate about teaching and counselling related to bereavement.
Did you know there is a special week designated to recognizing family caregivers? Family Caregiver Week is the 1st week of May each year. Stay tuned for the 3rd Annual Expo in May 2018!
Caregiver Network Groups give people the opportunity to:
- Connect and share ideas with other family caregivers
- Explore the challenges of caregiving
- Learn strategies for relaxation and stress management
- Learn about resources to support family caregivers

Resources can be signed out, free-of-charge, for up to three weeks. The library is located on the 2nd floor of Capilano Mall at North Shore Community Resources
