Katayoun and guests will speak on developing resilience as it relates to the impact of significant global events. The mind-body connection will also be explored, along with ideas on how to strengthen your mental health through physical and mental exercise.
Join us for a NowRuz celebration! 5-7PM on the 3rd floor at City Library, 120 West 14th Street, North Vancouver.
The festivities will include a potluck meal, music, dancing, and a short presentation on love, forgiveness and the history of NowRuz.

Caregiver Network Groups give people the opportunity to:
- Connect and share ideas with other family caregivers
- Explore the challenges of caregiving
- Learn strategies for relaxation and stress management
- Learn about resources to support family caregivers
