The group is facilitated in Farsi by Katayoun Shirzad, featuring a variety of topics such as managing boundaries, stress relief techniques, and communicating with family members. Upcoming meetings: Tuesday October 30th from 5-7PM in Room 203 at Capilano Mall, 935 Marine Drive, North Vancouver; Tuesday December 5th from 5-7PM at North Vancouver City Library, 120 West 14th Street, North Vancouver.

New members are always welcome.
