Persian Caregiver group
We invite those who are a support person to elders, relatives, spouses, friends and community members. The meetings are an opportunity to connect with others who also seek to improve their own health and well-being, and to gain skills that will help you better manage the caregiving journey.
The group is facilitated in Farsi by Katayoun Shirzad, featuring a variety of topics such as managing boundaries, stress relief techniques, and communicating with family members. Upcoming meetings: Tuesday October 30th from 5-7PM in Room 203 at Capilano Mall, 935 Marine Drive, North Vancouver; Tuesday December 5th from 5-7PM at North Vancouver City Library, 120 West 14th Street, North Vancouver.
New members are always welcome.
