Change, loss & hope

When: Wednesday, Sept.20th, 2017, 6:30 – 8:30 pm.
Where: Capilano Mall meeting room, #203-935 Marine Drive, North Vancouver

Change often brings some kind of grief.
How you connect with your loved may not be the same as before.

We’ll explore
How relationship changes bring loss and grief
How adapting to a new situation can be challenging process
Ways to connect with sources of hope and strength
Ways to treat yourself with kindness

NSCR Caregiver Support introduces guest speaker Carolyn Main. Carolyn is an experienced grief group facilitator and is passionate about teaching and counselling related to bereavement.

BC Family Caregiver Week
Did you know there is a special week designated to recognizing family caregivers? Family Caregiver Week is the 1st week of May each year. Stay tuned for the 3rd Annual Expo in May 2018!
