Persian Caregiver group
We invite those who are a support person to elders, relatives, spouses, friends and community members. The meetings are an opportunity to connect with others who also seek to improve their own health and well-being, and to gain skills that will help you better manage the caregiving journey.
The group is facilitated in Farsi by Mahtab Kashani, featuring a variety of topics such as managing boundaries, stress relief techniques, and communicating with family members.
