| The Parent L.I.N.K. (Learning, Information, Networking, and Kinship) is a program that connects families of youth with disabilities, age 12 to 26, with information and resources, as well as to each other to provide support for the transition from youth to adulthood. The Parent L.I.N.K. holds monthly meetings which include guest speakers on topics of common interest as well as social activities for families. In addition, the Parent L.I.N.K. publishes a bi-monthly newsletter which includes important information for families of youth with a disability. |
