Resources for Caregivers
   
 
Are you a caregiver?
You are if you provide a family member or friend who is chronically ill, elderly, palliative or living with a disability with any of the following types of assistance:
  • Coordination of care: transportation to appointments, arranging services, visiting
  • Support: phone check-in, supervision, emotional support
  • Personal care: dressing, bathing, eating
  • Household work: house cleaning, shopping, running errands, preparing meals, yard work

    The Resource Guide for Family Caregivers contains a wealth of valuable information to support family caregivers. The Guide can be ordered from our office, free-of-charge except for shipping charges and is available free online.
